We are looking for exceptional candidates to fill the role of Assistant Manager for a New Store in London. You will help drive the highest standards of performance in all aspects of retail operations. You will be involved in all aspects of developing the brand including all operational issues, training, team building, maintaining excellent customer service, achieving targets and driving the business forward as well as ensuring excellent visual standards are maintained.

We are looking for a driven and highly commercial Assistant Manager who thrives in a challenging environment and has a proven track record of results. Your background will definitely include fashion with some exposure to Outdoor or Lifestyle brands. The Client we’re recruiting for is a leading International outdoor clothing and equipment company. They are distinguished by a high degree of innovation and specialist knowledge that has been put into each individual product.

If you want to work for a company where progression and the best training are offered within a fun and challenging environment then this is the job for you. Ideally you will have at least 2 years experience as an Assistant Manager from a similar outdoors brand. Energy, drive and a proven track record are all key elements needed to join this fantastic company.
