ROLE PURPOSE

The head of multichannel engagement planning is a new role to the business and reports to the VP Marketing.

The engagement planner will be focused on the strategic understanding of brand behaviour. This will be coupled with an understanding of new communication opportunities created by the emerging digital and media landscape. As such, they will need to ensure that brand marketing messages are brought to the consumer in the most efficient and innovative fashion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Extend brand and communication ideas beyond simply messaging into expression through brand behaviour

• Creative media thinking and pioneering new ways to engage consumers e.g. new media channels, content properties, brand partnerships

• Develop integrated communication strategies that identify how multiple, different channels can be used in unison to engage consumers across the length of the consumer journey.

• Work as part of an integrated, multi-discipline team to develop the brand and communication strategy.

• Work cross functionally with the aim of assisting all central Marketing Department functions and advising on Regional strategies and implementation.

• As head of multichannel engagement planning, you will be responsible for shaping the brand channel behaviour and digital strategy

Channel and Digital specialists with strong brand and creative experience

You must have 5 years+ senior/head of Marketing experience within premium end fashion or retail

Have strong key stakeholder experience

CREATIVE PRODUCTION MANAGER – Premium End Fashion Retailer

We currently have a very exciting opportunity for a Production Manager to join a premium end global fashion retailer within their Creative Media Team.

As a Production Manager you will be responsible for delivering a corporate production service across all platforms - Shows, Events, Showrooms and Windows. Developing the existing 360-degree production process from brief to pre-production, technical evolution, delivery and post-production. Ensuring all platforms are delivered to Corporate Creative Direction / Production Strategy

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Event Production

- Strategic development and execution of production process
- Creating and execution of strategic event concept in line with Corporate Production Strategy
- Strategic development of Creative Resources: Global vendor network, procurement, material and element library
- Preproduction process management; Vendor management, financial control, production planning and dissemination of project information to Corporate network
- Concept development: Working with creative (CMD), develop renderings, drawings and plans.
- Production delivery; On-site management of project delivery. Vendor management, location/venue management, H&S due diligence, planning and permit control
- Postproduction: Event reporting, financial management and reporting (SAP) and archiving

Showroom Production

- Partnering with Corporate Visual Merchandising and Showroom Management teams
- Develop and produce platforms to leverage seasonal product focuses as set by Product and VM teams in-line with creative direction (CMD)
- Local production management of all showroom set-ups
- Fixture and prop development and management
- Local vendor management, Budget management & Photographic archiving

Window Production

- Development and management of Production element of Corporate Window Design and Delivery Process
- Partnering with Production Sourcing, CMD, VM and SDD
- Technical design development & Budget management

The right candidate;

Must have at least 5 years+ experience as a Product Manager of global production delivery within the Fashion, Live Music or Performance industries

In-depth understanding of technical production process

Adobe CS, MS Office and SAP (Preferred)

Job Description

As IT Manager you will be responsible at ensuring the maximum availability of computer systems throughout the Company, taking responsibility for the daily management of the ARG IT infrastructure. To manage and support the IT team in the provision of internal and external data and Group IT services. To develop and maintain IT operational KPI's, to report and communicate across a variety of business units. Oversees troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery and provides expert support when necessary.
Your daily tasks will involve the following:

Provide support to the Head of IT in the delivery of IT development services and projects

Manage the development process and provide support to reports/applications/interfaces as required in line with user and business requirements

Manage and support the IT team on a daily basis, driving department goals and giving feedback to the Head of IT on team performance

Drive the ongoing training and development of the IT team

Report into and advise Head of IT on any deviation from agreed project plans

Actively participate in the development and implementation of the disaster recovery plan for IT services

Work with users to understand business needs and information requirements and together, utilise available data to deliver robust business solutions.

Candidate Requirements

Candidates must have previous experience as an IT Manager within a retail business, preferably 5 years+

Be a strong line manager and experience of managing teams

Have experience of using “mercatus” or other BT Expedite solutions
