RECRUITMENT ADMINISTRATOR TO DIGITAL RECRUITMENT TEAM, BASED IN BOREHAMWOOD & LONDON

We are a long established, friendly & dynamic company specialising in retail, fashion and digital recruitment, based 5 minutes’ walk from Elstree and Borehamwood station, with a space in Old Street, the hub of the digital world. We also have an office in Manchester.
We are market leaders in both product and digital recruitment including temp and contract business, and our clients are many of the leading UK and International fashion retailers and brands. We are now seeking an administrator to support our digital team of six people, plus a Director. Also to work closely with our Administration Manager based in Manchester, and our Accounts manager. Your role will encompass weekly administration of the temp timesheets and liaison with payroll, candidates and some clients. Broader responsibilities involve searching for and sourcing candidates for key roles, and running and developing our database in accordance with data legislation, and helping with credit control. Also reception and phone work and helping to run the office.
You may and be looking for a new challenge, with one or two years’ experience in a similar Admin support role, perhaps in house recruitment or agency. You will need to be numerate, and possibly even have some accounts or payroll experience. We are a very people orientated business, and so the job calls for someone who is outgoing with a lot of initiative, with great interpersonal skills and excellent organisation and time management abilities. The scope for the role is big, and progressive and you can make as much of it as you wish once you benefit from the excellent training that we offer.
